Light a candle and write on a piece of paper what you would like to manifest in the first trimester of next year.
Phase East and read out loud what you wrote.

Listen to your words and ask yourself whether these wishes come from your true Self or your Ego that wants to achieve things for unhealthy reasons.

If you want to change your words, do it and read the letter again (you can change it up to three times). When you finish, turn the letter from vertical to landscape anticlockwise (left-wise), burn the right side, and throw the left one.
