What a beautiful way to start the new year!
Even though January is the first month of the year, this particular January is asking us to wait to take full action!
It is asking for a pause, getting some rest, and reflecting on how our lives would like to be from now on.
A month of relaxation and introspection, helping us decide what we want to keep in our lives and what not.
Something that contributes positively to the month’s energy is a very caring Full Moon happening on the 6th of the month!
This full Moon in cancer creates a field of motherly care where we can rest and be nurtured like babies.
The energy of the Full Moon helps us release some of our control and take a pause in our lives.
A pause that is necessary to prepare ourselves for the full-active energy of February!
Ceremony (6th of January)
Light a candle, take a notebook and pen and answer the questions:
Where do I go in life?
What are my goals?
How much do I sacrifice myself to reach those goals?
Is it clear inside me the difference between sacrificing (which is unhealthy) and compromising?
Am I ready to constitute sacrifice with compromise as much as my boundaries permit?
Are there people and situations I need to let go of in my life?
How much does my Ego still control me and how much do I let the Spirit take the lead and direct my life?
After you answer these questions, place the paper in a safe space under the full Moon’s light (inside the house) and ask the Moon to bless it and add more clarity to it!
The next day burn it!
After a couple of days, answer those questions again and see what has changed!
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED SESSIONS WITH ME IN JANUARY, TO ADD SOME OF THESE QUESTIONS TO THEIR SESSION!
