Celebrating the beginning of your Menstrual Cycle
When a girl experiences her first menstrual cycle, she steps into womanhood!
At this pivotal moment, it is crucial to commemorate this transition with a sacred ceremony, where participants can include their girlfriends and female family members.
A ceremony serves to help the subconscious part of the girl recognize how wonderful, amazing, and magical it is to be a woman.
It assists her in honoring every phase of her cycle, utilizing her feminine and masculine powers in a balanced manner, and evolving into a woman who can contribute to creating a better humanity on Earth! In essence, it gives her an essential foundation for living a life that honors her femininity and all the phases of her cycle.
The Ceremony
I initiate a conversation with the girl, listening to how she feels in the current moment and how she used to perceive her femininity in her younger years. Together, we create a preliminary outline of how she envisions her ceremony. In the end, I enhance it by channeling what her soul needs, making it a transformative, therapeutic, and joyful ceremony for her and the participants!
