Terms and Confidentiality Agreement for Alithi Gi Academy

Welcome to Alithi Gi Academy. Please ensure that you read this document carefully and agree with every detail before attending any of our events, workshops, or trainings. Your confirmation of this agreement is essential for participation.

Confidentiality and Respect

By registering, I understand that I am required to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any personal information shared by demo clients, facilitators, or fellow participants during the event. I agree to honor the trust and vulnerability that participants bring to this space.

I acknowledge that this is a safe space where cultural, historical, generational, societal, and personal differences are respected. I agree to refrain from verbal or physical judgment, criticism, or harm, ensuring an atmosphere of openness and acceptance.

Recording and Media Policy

By registering, I am aware that recording equipment may be present during the workshop or training. If I ask a question or participate in discussions, my voice may be recorded, and I may appear on video. These recordings may be used by Elpida Apostolopoulou, Alithi Gi Academy, or associated media channels, including but not limited to the academy’s website (agapiapostolopoulou.com), YouTube, and Facebook.

If I do not wish to appear in video recordings, it is my responsibility to inform the facilitators at the beginning of the event. In such cases, I understand that I will not be included in video footage.

I understand that I may be invited to participate in recorded demonstration sessions during the training. Participation in these sessions is entirely voluntary, and I can choose to pause or discontinue my involvement at any time. I acknowledge that such sessions may include personal questions related to my emotional, psychological, or trauma history. I am under no obligation to share anything I am not comfortable disclosing.

Deposit and Refund Policy

By registering, I understand the following refund policy:
• Deposit Refund: The deposit is not refundable.
• Other Payments: No other payments are refundable under any circumstances unless Alithi Gi Academy, Elpida Apostolopoulou, or staff decide not to accept my participation in the workshop. In such cases, the academy will proceed with a full refund.

Health, Safety, and Liability

By registering, I understand that workshops and trainings at Alithi Gi Academy may be physically and emotionally intense. I agree that neither Elpida Apostolopoulou, Alithi Gi Academy, nor its staff, coordinators, assistants, facilitators, affiliates, venue, or representatives are responsible or liable for any physical or emotional harm, property loss, or damage that may occur during attendance or travel to and from the event. I hereby release them from all claims in connection with my participation.

I acknowledge that I am required to inform the staff of any relevant psychiatric history, infectious diseases, drug use, or current health conditions before the event. I understand that this information will be kept confidential and used solely to ensure my safety during the training.

Participation Termination

I understand that the staff at Alithi Gi Academy reserve the right to request my withdrawal from the program if I fail to comply with the guidelines set forth in this agreement or if my continued participation is deemed unsuitable.

By registering, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
