New Moon Meditation

This meditation is created to support you in aligning with the powerful New Moon energies around the 25th of July. It is best to be done at night, just before you go to sleep. It is important that after this meditation, you do not return to your phone, computer, or any screen. Let yourself move straight into rest, silence, or sleep.

You may choose to do this either just after midnight on the night of July 24th (as the date becomes July 25th), or later in the evening of July 25th before midnight. Trust your inner guidance on the timing.

The Practice

Light a candle and face towards the East.

✨ Place your hands in Namaste position and gently bow to the light of the flame.

✨ Take a few deep breaths and centre yourself. Let your body soften. Let your heart open.

✨ Pick up a piece of paper and a pen. Begin to write down anything that still feels like it holds you back—anything that keeps you a prisoner of the mind, of societal expectations, of unspoken family rules or ancestral burdens. Include traumas or wounds that have not yet been fully healed. Let your hand write freely.

✨ When you feel complete, read out loud what you have written—gently and with intention—facing the flame. Ask the fire to purify and transform everything within you that is ready to be healed and transformed.

Leave the candle to burn through the night if possible, in a safe place.

Go directly to bed. Let the energy continue to work through your sleep, without any distractions from screens or external input.

May this practice open new pathways in your being.
May it bring peace, clarity, and a softening into what wants to unfold.
