If you cancel 20 days or more before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit).
If you cancel within 20 days of the retreat, unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
However, if we are able to fill your spot, we will gladly refund the balance you have paid (again, excluding the deposit), regardless of the cancellation date.
In the rare and unexpected case that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be offered.
