Beauty and Kundalini

What is Beauty?

There are two kinds of Beauty: one that arises from artificial means such as creams, botox, makeup, etc, and the other that blossoms from within, radiating outward.

The former is akin to decoration adorning a beautiful box, which may conceal emptiness or, worse yet, conceal dirtiness and ugliness within. The latter demands ongoing self-development and a commitment to a higher quality of life. In this article, I will primarily explore the latter type of beauty.

Beauty, health, and love are intertwined. A healthy individual can also be a beautiful one. Moreover, a healthy person who cherishes themselves can exude an even greater beauty. One of the keys to promoting health, beauty, and love is the awakening of the Kundalini.

The Kundalini represents the vital force within our bodies, intricately linked to the energy of Mother Earth. It serves as the "fuel" for our bodies to maintain health and cultivate a fulfilling life. The awakening of Kundalini can occur naturally without causing significant conflicts, or it can be induced through various techniques. However, this may lead to imbalances and adverse effects within the body.

But how does Kundalini function, and why might we encounter conflicts during its awakening?

Since the onset of the Patriarchal era roughly 7,000 years ago, the human body has undergone significant changes. The first chakra became entirely disconnected from Mother Earth, resulting in the deactivation and dormancy of our Kundalini. It has remained dormant for millennia. Attempting to activate it without following the appropriate steps can trigger confusion within our bodies as they struggle to comprehend the sudden change.

Fortunately and unfortunately, our bodies retain memories of a distant past. They recall what it was like to live naturally with a flowing Kundalini before the influence of societal and religious programming. This programming is so deeply ingrained that it resists any attempts to awaken the Kundalini, potentially causing discomfort across mental, emotional, energetic, and physical realms.

The most effective method for awakening the Kundalini involves:

  1. Connecting with the earth: Spend time in nature, breathe fresh air, and engage with the natural world.

  2. Awakening the senses: Meditate on each of the five senses, savoring taste, touch, smell, sound, and sight consciously.

  3. Addressing childhood traumas: Work through past traumas to heal and reconnect with yourself.

  4. Cultivating a healthy relationship with your genitals.

  5. Engaging in conscious and sacred sexuality: Avoid using sexuality to reinforce unhealthy patterns.

  6. Detaching from societal programming: Free yourself from the constraints imposed by societal norms and expectations.
