The Art of Channeling
The art of channeling: There are many ways to perceive reality and express ourselves, but I would like to discuss two main avenues here: the rational approach and the one that stems from our connection to the source.
Most societies emphasize a rational mode of perception and communication, neglecting the development of the parts of our brain responsible for accessing different dimensions—more spiritual and metaphysical. The upbringing within our families, education, religion, and the general structure of society primarily focuses on fostering logic and rationalism rather than intuition and connection to our bodies. We all can connect to the divine source and channel information from there. This information can be channeled through our bodies, where the body moves in connection to the source, or through our communication, where we channel words from the source. In both methods, we receive the information as waves and then decode it into movement or words.
How can we develop our way of channeling?
To develop a proficient way of channeling, we must first foster our connection to the body. We need to learn how to occupy our minds less and develop our ability to inhabit our bodies more fully. There are various methods of channeling, such as using the third eye or the crown chakra, but for me, the most effective method is using the heart chakra, which is the center of our being.
When we are well grounded, strongly connected to the body, and deeply connected to the Earth, we can decode the information from the source more accurately and authentically without allowing beliefs, emotions, or expectations to distort the decoding process. For this to occur, we also need to address suppressed emotions, release beliefs and expectations, and engage in self-development work that cleanses the channel from all obstacles that hinder our connection to the source.
Why is it important to learn channeling?
Logic can perceive only a small fraction of reality, whereas our connection to the source perceives the broader picture of reality and what lies beyond. Similarly, logic and intuition operate. Logic comprehends only a limited spectrum of occurrences, while our intuition, stemming from our connection to the source, encompasses everything and is infallible. Our ability to channel and develop a strong sense of intuition is an incredibly powerful means of living our lives connected to the spirit and divinity while simultaneously enjoying life incarnated in our beautiful physical bodies.
